YOKO | MATCHA BAR

Yoko is a conceptual brand identity created for a contemporary matcha café inspired by Japanese culture, craftsmanship, and community. The project explored how traditional influences could be reimagined through a modern visual lens, combining bold typography, earthy colours, and playful illustrations to create a distinctive and memorable brand experience. A custom lucky cat mascot was developed to add personality and charm, while the wider identity was designed to work seamlessly across packaging, merchandise, signage, and in-store applications. The result is a cohesive brand that feels warm, welcoming, and culturally inspired while maintaining a fresh, contemporary appeal.
